Terms and Conditions of Sale

Any changes to order quantities that reduce the total number of items purchased on a master PO may change the discount allowed. Order cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation charge. On-site installation, checkout and service are not included unless specifically stated in this proposal. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include any applicable taxes or shipping.

 Shipment

Freight is FOB Shipping Point(s). All shipments made via UPS unless otherwise specified. Common carrier will be used for large items. Unless a collect account is provided for shipping, all charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.

 Payment

Standard terms are net30 for established commercial and industrial accounts. Credit references will be required for all new accounts. Wire transfer / MasterCard / Visa / American Express / Discover are accepted. Wire transfer is the only payment method accepted for international orders. Payment terms for orders from Mexico and Canada are negotiable.

 Standard Limited Manufacturer Warranty

This standard limited warranty covers all Electronic Displays Inc. products. Electronic Displays Inc. warrants that products of its own are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year for indoor units, two (2) years for outdoor units and ninety (90) days for refurbished units from date of shipment, unless otherwise specified.  Return Policy for Electronic Displays Inc. Products

This return policy covers all Electronic Displays Inc. products. Electronic Displays Inc. warrants that products of its own are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year for indoor units, two (2) years for outdoor units and ninety (90) days for refurbished units from date of shipment, unless otherwise specified. A restocking charge of 25% of the cost of the product(s) will be applied to all material returned within 30 days after the customer receives the product(s). A 35% restocking charge of the cost of the product(s) will be applied if the material is returned within 90 days after the customer receives the product(s). No product can be returned to Electronic Displays Inc. after 90 days from receiving the unit. All returned products must be deemed by Electronic Displays Inc. to be in re-sellable condition. All returns must be accompanied with an Electronic Displays Inc. Return Material Authorization (RMA). No custom products can be returned. The purchaser will incur any/all costs, including shipping. These costs will be invoiced.
